Tejon Ranch Co. and Majestic Realty Co. have formed a partnership that has successfully secured a lease with RectorSeal, LLC at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC). As a leading global manufacturer of HVAC/R and plumbing products, RectorSeal will occupy 240,000 square feet in one of the industrial facilities within TRCC that was opened by the partnership in 2017.
This latest lease is part of a series of transactions over the past two years at TRCC involving four building sites totaling more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial space. These buildings are either complete, nearing completion or currently under construction. The agreement with RectorSeal also serves as an example for other companies relocating their distribution operations from Los Angeles to TRCC.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s team consisting of Mike McCrary, Mac Hewett, Brent Weirick and Peter McWilliams who served as listing brokers for this deal while Walt Chenoweth and Sean Sullivan from Voit Real Estate Services represented RectorSeal.
