Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of The Jade Residences of Waterfall Glen, a 70-unit apartment property located in Darien, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, along with Kyle Stengle, senior managing director, and Andrean Angelov, senior vice president—investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Chicago Downtown offices—had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Engle and Angelov also procured the buyer, another private investor.

The Jade Residences of Waterfall Glen sits on 2.81 acres at 2305 Sokol Court, approximately 26 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. Built in 2024, the building features 24 one-bedroom units and 46 two-bedroom units, with an average unit size of 977 square feet.

On-site amenities include a fitness center, party room, fenced-in dog park, and picnic area. The property offers convenient access to Interstate 55, Interstate 355, and Route 83, with the Lemont Metra station located just four miles away.
