**Recall AI Expands Headquarters with New Lease at 475 Brannan Street in San Francisco**
Transwestern Real Estate Services has secured a significant lease agreement on behalf of Clarion Partners with Recall AI, a rapidly growing artificial intelligence company. The 14,969-square-foot lease, located at 475 Brannan Street in San Francisco’s vibrant SOMA submarket, marks a substantial expansion for the tech firm.
Recall AI, known for its infrastructure solutions that retrieve recordings, transcripts, and metadata from video conferencing platforms, will occupy the entire second floor of the building. This move nearly doubles the company’s current office footprint. JLL’s Dan Johnson and Kat Kozlowski represented Recall AI in the lease transaction.
Representing building ownership were Transwestern’s Executive Vice Presidents Mike McCarthy and Brian McCarthy, along with Vice President Maddie Meyersieck.
