The Boston Park Plaza, the third-largest hotel in Massachusetts boasting 1,060 rooms, is set to undergo a rebranding as it becomes part of the Hilton brand. According to a report by Boston Business Journal, the deal is expected to be finalized in late October.

Parks Hospitality Holdings, one of Hilton’s top franchisees, will take over ownership from current owner Sunstone Hotel Investors. Under this agreement, Hilton will also manage operations at the newly named Hilton Boston Park Plaza.

This addition marks another property for Hilton’s growing portfolio in Boston which already includes popular locations such as Logan Airport and Back Bay. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
