Realterm, a global investment manager specializing in transportation, has recently purchased a portfolio of 13 industrial outdoor storage (IOS) truck terminals. The total size of the portfolio is 631,604 square feet spread across 131 acres in seven major markets throughout the United States.
The majority of the properties within this portfolio are IOS truck terminals and maintenance facilities that are currently leased to ten tenants at an impressive occupancy rate of 97%. These assets are strategically located in key logistics markets such as Northern New Jersey, Dallas, Chicago, Inland Empire, Bay Area Seattle and Orlando. The transaction was facilitated by Nick Murphy and Brian Budnick from Eastdil Secured who represented the seller.
