Realterm, a global investment manager specializing in the transportation industry, recently purchased 378 S. Worcester St., an industrial outdoor storage maintenance facility in Norton, MA. The property spans 21,049 square feet and sits on a 5.5-acre site in the Boston region. It is currently leased to DATTCO, a transportation company and serves as a valuable addition to Realterm’s growing portfolio in the United States.
According to Ed Brickley, managing director at Realterm: “The industrial market in Boston continues to thrive and attract both user and institutional investors. Our acquisition of 378 S.Worcester St further solidifies our presence in one of the top industrial submarkets within this region.” He also added that this strategically located facility offers easy access for local users as well as those from other parts of Northeastern US – making it an ideal hub for tenants like DATTCO.
Newmark’s Brian Pinch facilitated this transaction on behalf of Realterm but did not disclose its purchase price.
