Realterm, a global investment manager, has recently acquired an industrial outdoor storage maintenance facility in Sumner, Washington. The property is located at 805 140th Avenue Court E and sits on 4.3 acres of land.
Facilitating the transaction was Kermit Jorgensen of Neil Walter Company who represented Realterm. This property boasts a total of 18,800 square feet with a spacious maintenance shop measuring at 12,700 square feet and an additional office space spanning over 6,100 square feet. It also features nine drive-in doors and four drive-through bays for efficient access to the facility.

Located in the Kent Valley area near Route167 on/off ramp,this acquisition provides immediate access to major ports such as Tacomaand Seattleas well as downtown Seattleand other key distribution hubs within the Pacific Northwest region.This expansion further solidifies Realterm’s presence in Seattle without mentioning any specific names or brands.
