**Realterm Expands SoCal Footprint with Acquisition of Industrial Outdoor Storage Facility**

Realterm, a global investment manager specializing in transportation-related assets, has acquired an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility located at 8542 Slauson Avenue in Pico Rivera, California. The facility spans 4.2 acres and strengthens Realterm’s presence in the Southern California market. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The fully paved property features a 16,318-square-foot warehouse and an 8,361-square-foot office component. Designed for high utility and accessibility, the facility offers 21 ground-level loading doors with drive-through access, 20-foot clear height, full perimeter fencing, a fueling station, and dual ingress and egress points. The site offers strong potential for retail and will-call operations and is currently leased by Home Depot.
