RIPCO Real Estate has recently added two experienced real estate professionals to lead the firm’s investment sales division in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. Brian Whelan and Mitchel Flaherty have been appointed as executive managing directors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate. With backgrounds in investment sales, they have both previously worked at B6 Real Estate Advisors. Their diverse client portfolio includes private equity institutions and non-profit organizations, earning them recognition for their contributions to the industry. Additionally, they co-host ‘The Broker Brunch’, a popular podcast focused on commercial real estate.
