Real Estate Investment: Standard Investing in TCC's Woodridge Industrial Center

Standard Real Estate Investments, a minority-owned national real estate investment and development firm, has made an equity investment of $150 million through its new investment vehicle in the Woodridge Industrial Center. Developed by Trammell Crow Company (TCC), this 217,000-square-foot logistics facility is located on a 17-acre parcel in the Village of Woodridge, Illinois and is expected to be complete by summer 2024. Situated at 8110 Lemont Road two miles north of the I-55/I-355 interchange, it will feature modern industrial features.

Josh Udelhofen senior vice president with TCC Chicago commented: “The strategic location of Woodridge Industrial Center within the Village provides future users with efficient access to more than 4 million people within a 20 mile radius from its inner core in Chicago”

This equity investment marks Standard Real Estate Investment’s foray into developing state–of–the art logistics facilities that provide businesses with easy access to major markets across America.
