**Re Gain Acquires 176,150-SF Office Property in Tampa**

Net Lease Office Properties has completed the sale of Fountain Square III, a Class A, four-story office building located at 4900 Memorial Highway in Tampa, Florida. The 176,150-square-foot building was purchased by Re Gain Investment Fund.

CBRE’s Tampa Capital Markets team—comprising Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, and Courtney Snell—along with Will Pike from CBRE’s National Net Lease Capital Markets division, represented the seller in the transaction.

According to reports, the building sold for $25.18 million, with Ameris Bank providing a $12.59 million mortgage for the deal. The property previously sold in 2010 for $27.75 million.

Originally developed by The Wilson Company in 1999 as a build-to-suit project, Fountain Square III has served as a strategic service center for JPMorgan Chase for more than 25 years. It is part of the Fountain Square Office Park and is conveniently located near Tampa International Airport, offering direct access to the State Road 60/Veterans Expressway interchange and Interstate 275.
