Ray and VeLa Begin $211M Nashville Venture Project

Ray and VeLa have once again joined forces to develop a multifamily community in Nashville. The project, called Ray Nashville, will consist of 32 stories and 367 units with an estimated value of $211 million. Construction financing was secured from J.P. Morgan and Monroe Capital through the assistance of Walker & Dunlop. The architectural design for Ray Nashville was created by Johnston Marklee & Associates in collaboration with Lamar Johnson Collaborative, while Layton has been chosen as the contractor.

Situated in the Pie Town neighborhood at 601 Lafayette Street, this impressive tower will span over 575,000 square feet upon completion. The units available will range from studios to three-bedroom apartments catering to various needs and preferences. Residents can look forward to a plethora of amenities such as an indoor-outdoor fitness center, yoga studio, spa facilities, lounge area for socializing or relaxing outdoors by the poolside; dog wash stations; coworking spaces; public parking options along with private ones for convenience purposes.

Additionally,the ground floor will feature retail space spanning over4 ,700 square feet along with a public gallery showcasing works from local artists based in Nashville.The anticipated completion date is set for2027 . This venture follows closely on their recent groundbreaking ceremony held at Ray Phoenix located in Arizona.
