"Rare Lot Found for Scottsdale Warehouse Creation"

Thunderbird Commerce Park, a state-of-the-art industrial center worth $60 million, has officially broken ground in Scottsdale Airpark. This development is situated on an 18-acre parcel of land that was extremely difficult to secure due to the limited availability of suitable land for industrial and logistics projects in Scottsdale.

According to Grant Kingdon from Creation, the company behind this project, Thunderbird Commerce Park is already ahead of its competition by providing much-needed Class-A logistics and manufacturing facilities in one of the most sought-after submarkets in Scottsdale. With a vacancy rate as low as 3% and very few construction projects underway, it’s no surprise that Scottsdale boasts the tightest industrial market within Phoenix-metro area.

The city’s constrained supply has resulted in significantly higher asking rates compared to other regions – up to 65% more expensive than average. Thunderbird Commerce Park will offer a total space of 243,360 square feet with top-notch amenities for businesses looking for premium warehouse solutions. It will be located eastward from where Scottsdale Road meets Thunderbird Road and adjacent to the bustling activity at Scottsdale Airport.

Creation has partnered with LGE Design Build as their general contractor while LGE Design Group will serve as their architect for this project. The expected completion date is set towards late-2024 which means businesses can look forward to utilizing these modern facilities soon enough without any delays or setbacks!
