**RangeWater Real Estate Breaks Ground on The Greene in Lawrenceville, GA**
RangeWater Real Estate has officially broken ground on The Greene, a new multifamily residential community located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. This marks RangeWater’s seventh development in Atlanta’s suburbs and its 28th overall in the state.
The project is being developed in partnership with Kinea Investimentos, a prominent investment company based in Latin America.
Spread across 21 acres, The Greene represents the fourth construction project undertaken by RangeWater Construction, the construction division of RangeWater Real Estate. Upon completion, the community will offer 300 apartment homes with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 728 to 1,321 square feet.
Residents will enjoy a full suite of upscale amenities including a resort-style pool, biergarten, coworking pods, outdoor firepit, fitness center, pet spa, dog park, open park space, and interconnected walking trails. The community’s clubhouse is being designed in a modern farmhouse style with an expanded layout to foster a welcoming and social atmosphere.
The Greene is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
