RangeWater Real Estate, in partnership with NTT Urban Development Corporation, has acquired 14.16 acres of land in Corinth, Texas. This marks the company’s expansion into the Sunbelt and Mountain West regions.
The new development will be called The Palo Townhomes and will be the second DFW Storia community for RangeWater. It will consist of 121 single-family townhomes with three to four bedrooms ranging from 1,451 to 1,800 square feet.
Located at 1250 N. Corinth Street, The Palo Townhomes will offer a variety of amenities including a pool, open-air pavilion with grills and fire pit, park space for fitness and community activities,a dog park,and walking trails throughout the property.
Construction is set to begin in September2024with move-ins expected in late2025and completion by mid-2026.This project highlights RangeWater’s commitment to providing high-quality living options for residents across different regions.
