The latest multifamily community from RangeWater Real Estate, The Kendry, is now open for renters at 8402 IBM Drive in Charlotte. This project was a collaboration between Rainwater, McShane Construction Co., and Poole & Poole Architecture. With a dozen successful developments in the area already under their belt, RangeWater continues to make its mark on the Charlotte rental market.
Construction on The Kendry began in 2021 and was financed by Renasant Bank with a $38.8 million loan according to Commercial Edge reports. Spanning over 28 acres of land, this community offers three garden-style buildings with one-to-three bedroom floorplans ranging from 704 to 1,409 square feet and rents starting at $1,381 per month up to $2,283 per month. Each unit boasts high-end features such as granite countertops and walk-in closets along with private balconies or patios.
