Belmont Village Senior Living and Greystar Real Estate Partners have recently started construction on Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, their fourth community in the San Diego area and 17th in California since its establishment in 1997. This project is a result of the successful partnership between Belmont Village and Greystar, following their collaboration on the La Jolla community launched earlier this year.
Founder and CEO of Belmont Village, Patricia Will expressed her excitement for this groundbreaking event by stating that it aligns with their commitment to providing exceptional living experiences for residents. The new Belmont Village will be located within the gated Lakes at Rancho Santa Fe community and will offer 185 residences including independent living, assisted living, memory care options as well as private cottages. Construction is set to begin in December with an estimated completion date of late 2026.
