Drawbridge Realty recently finished construction on a new office and research & development property located at 16705 Via Del Campo Ct. in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego. This three-story Class A building is the first of its kind to be built in this market in over ten years.
Construction began without any pre-leasing by Drawbridge, a San Francisco-based company, back in March 2022. Despite challenges such as supply chain issues and an unusually rainy winter, the project was successfully completed with the help of HED Architects and BN Builders. The building has already secured a tenant – Netherlands-based semiconductor manufacturer ASML – who will occupy two full floors totaling 55,227 square feet upon completion of their tenant improvements. There is still one floor available for lease (25,493 square feet) which is being marketed by JLL’s Jay Alexander and Tim Olson.
