Timberline Real Estate Ventures has purchased The Wilde student apartments in Raleigh for $44.35 million. The seller, Cardinal Group, originally acquired the property in 2018 for $42.45 million.

Situated on nearly 16 acres at 3333 Melrose Club Blvd., just south of Interstate 40, the property consists of 210 units spread across 16 three-story buildings.

Originally built in 1996, the complex underwent renovations in 2011 and 2022. The apartments, available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, lease for $775 to $905 per bedroom. Each unit comes fully furnished and features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Triangle Business Journal reports that further renovations are planned, including upgrades to common areas, individual units, and the pool area.
