The Raleigh team at The Providence Group, a retail real estate brokerage firm based in Charlotte, has welcomed two new members: Kerri Dunlevy and Alex Miller.
Dunlevy joins the company as Marketing Director with experience in promoting shopping centers and high-profile urban and suburban properties. She previously worked as a marketing associate at CBRE where she marketed over 12 million square feet of retail properties across central and eastern North Carolina, while also assisting more than 60 tenant clients with site selection.
Miller recently graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in financial management. He brings his expertise to The Providence Group as a broker after gaining experience at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Atlanta where he focused on market research to generate client leads.
