"Raleigh Downtown Office Building Sells for $15M"

Lou Moshakos, owner of a successful restaurant chain in Raleigh, has recently acquired an office building in downtown Raleigh for a whopping $15 million. According to the Triangle Business Journal, the building was sold through an online auction by its previous lender after being bought back from the previous owners last year. The assessed value of this 10-story, 101,000-square-foot property is estimated at $11.49 million and boasts a combined land and building value of approximately $15.45 million.

This fully leased asset on Fayetteville Street has caught the attention of investors due to its prime location near popular attractions such as the Omni Hotel with over 500 units and close proximity to Raleigh Convention Center. This latest acquisition adds another valuable asset to Lou Moshakos’ growing portfolio in downtown Raleigh’s thriving real estate market.
