"Raleigh Approves 40-Story Mixed-Use Tower"

Dalian Development successfully assembled nine downtown Raleigh lots to begin their project. The site currently consists of a mix of single-story office and retail spaces, but with the combined 1.12 acres, Dalian plans to construct a 40-story building that will include apartments, offices, and retail space. After receiving approval from the Raleigh City Council, Dalian was required to make an affordability contribution in order for the project to move forward.
