RAJ Sports, the sports investment platform behind the owners of the Portland Thorns FC and the Portland Fire, has expanded its headquarters presence at Evergreen Corporate Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. The company signed a long-term lease expansion at 8760 NE Evergreen Parkway, deepening its commitment to the office campus that already houses key operations for the two professional women’s teams.
The new lease builds on an agreement completed 14 months ago, when RAJ Sports entered into a 15-year lease for two other office buildings and surrounding land at Evergreen Corporate Center. That earlier transaction supports the development of what has been described as the first dual-sport professional women’s performance center and practice facility serving both the Thorns and the Fire.
Workspace Property Management announced the latest deal, underscoring the strategic role the Evergreen Corporate Center campus is playing in the growth of women’s professional sports in the region. The firm’s leadership highlighted its intention to support the Thorns and Fire while positioning the Hillsboro location as a focal point for women’s sports in the Pacific Northwest.
RAJ Sports remains the anchor tenant at the 12-acre Evergreen Corporate Center, which now encompasses the planned dual-sport performance complex along with two additional office buildings. The expanded headquarters space for the Thorns and Fire will be located on the first floor of a two-story office building at 8760 NE Evergreen Parkway, consolidating team leadership and operations within the same campus as their practice and performance facilities.
The combination of long-term leases and a concentration of team-related uses at Evergreen Corporate Center reflects an ongoing alignment between sports organizations and office campus owners seeking stable, mission-driven tenancy. While financial terms and specific square footage were not disclosed, the long-term nature of the commitments indicates that RAJ Sports and Workspace Property Management are structuring the campus for sustained institutional use tied to professional women’s sports.
For the Hillsboro office market, the lease expansion adds another durable, branded user to a multi-building complex, reinforcing the role of specialized headquarters and training facilities as a source of demand. It also positions the Evergreen Corporate Center as a central hub for the Thorns and Fire, integrating front-office functions with training and performance infrastructure within a single, contiguous location.
