**RadiusDC to Develop 102,500-Square-Foot Data Center in Nashville**

RadiusDC is set to develop a 102,500-square-foot data center near Trinity Lane in Nashville, with financing provided by Blue Owl Capital.

The new colocation facility, named Nashville I, will be located on a 12-acre site in the Trinity Hills neighborhood. Designed as a space where businesses can rent infrastructure for their hardware, the facility will provide 12 megawatts of power. Leasing is expected to begin in the second half of this year, with the center scheduled to open in 2026.

To secure the property required for the project, RadiusDC purchased land at 2902 and 2906 Brick Church Pike for $5.175 million.

Avison Young representatives Sam Turner, Mike Jacobs, Lisa Maki, and Jordan Powell facilitated the transaction on behalf of sellers Mary Hale, Margaret Milhous, and Holman Milhous.
