Rabina Tops Out 520 Fifth Ave Supertall Mixed-Use Development

Rabina, a real estate investment and development firm based in the local area, has reached the top of construction on their latest project: 520 Fifth Ave. This mixed-use skyscraper will stand at an impressive height of 1,002 feet when it is completed in 2025. It is set to become the tallest mixed-use building along Fifth Avenue.

According to Josh Rabina, president and CEO of Rabina, this tower will serve as a symbol for Midtown Manhattan’s ongoing revitalization. It pays homage to its rich history while also providing a new model for how New Yorkers can live, work and enjoy life in one of the world’s most iconic neighborhoods.

The tower will feature 100 residences that are already selling quickly with over 70% sold. Additionally, there will be boutique office space spanning across 25 floors. The exclusive marketing and sales agent for the residences is Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group while JLL serves as the official leasing company for commercial office space.

Renderings have been released by Binyan Studios showcasing what this supertall mixed-use building at Fifth Ave could look like upon completion.
