R.W. Holmes Finalizes Sale of Tewksbury Industrial Storage Facility

**R.W. Holmes Closes $2.3M Deal for Tewksbury Industrial Storage Site**

R.W. Holmes has successfully arranged the sale of an industrial storage property located at 1628–1636 Shawsheen Street in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The three-acre site was sold for $2,300,000. Representing the seller, the Fortier Family, R.W. Holmes facilitated the transaction with MassMulch, the buyer.

MassMulch, a growing landscape supply company catering to both residential and commercial clients throughout Massachusetts, plans to utilize the site for material storage to support its expanding operations and customer base.

“Despite its challenges, 1628–1636 Shawsheen offered an excellent opportunity for industrial outdoor storage users to own a site just two minutes off the I-93 corridor,” said Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes. “We selected a great buyer that remained steadfast throughout a lengthy permitting process. We are very pleased with the outcome of a collaboration between both buyer and seller.”

Ogasapian, alongside David Gilkie, SIOR, also a Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes, represented the seller in the transaction.
