On April 20th, City Realty Group (CRG) hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and led tours of its recently renovated Class A office building located at 1515 Hancock Street in Quincy Center. The event was attended by Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch, Quincy Chamber of Commerce President Tim Cahill, and building tenants. Magic Bowl catered the occasion as one of the new tenants to occupy the space.
In 2021 CRG acquired this 132,000-square-foot property which underwent extensive renovations including a revitalized lobby with spacious common areas and modern amenities. Stephen Whalen – managing partner for CRG – commented on how they “framed [the] building into a more modern context” leading to an increase in tenant interest resulting in nearly 50% occupancy within nine months from acquisition date.
