Quest Workspaces, a developer and operator of flexible workspaces in South Florida and New York, is set to debut its new 20,844-square-foot office at 1200 Corporate Place in Boca Raton on September 1. The company is renovating an additional 21,120 square feet of existing space within the same building for a total Class A office space area of 41,964 square feet – making Quest the largest tenant in the building and one of the biggest coworking brands in Florida.
The new workspace features amenities such as a nap room; five meeting rooms including their largest boardroom yet; private treadmill room; cafés with unlimited coffee/tea/water access; plus plenty touchdown spaces including private phone booths.
