**Quarterra Begins Leasing at Harper Mid-Rise in Boston’s Allston Neighborhood**
Quarterra Group, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a prominent real estate investment and development firm, has officially launched leasing at Harper, a mid-rise residential community located at 40 Rugg Road in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. Property management for Harper is being handled under a new merger agreement between Quarterra Living, Quarterra Group’s property management division, and RKW Residential, the property management arm of Alfred.
Harper brings 265 new apartment homes to the Allston area, an increasingly vibrant neighborhood known for its dynamic arts scene, music venues, and a thriving food and nightlife culture that appeals strongly to young professionals. Additionally, Allston continues to attract a large student population, thanks to its proximity to several top academic institutions, including Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston College, Tufts University, and Boston University.
