Quantum Brokers Sale: Little Village MF Property

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. recently facilitated the sale of a 38-unit multi-family building in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood for $2.7 million. The courtyard-style property, located at 4126 W. 24th Place, was sold to a local property owner with multiple properties in the area.

According to Clay Maxfield, vice president at Quantum, the seller was impressed by Quantum’s collaborative and transparent approach which allowed all parties involved to work together towards finding the right buyer for the property after owning it for over two decades.

Throughout the transaction process, open lines of communication were maintained between all parties involved resulting in a smooth and seamless sale.
