Recently, Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Quality Inn, a 65-room hospitality property located in Blythe, an eastern Riverside community. Andy Patel and Gordon Allred – senior associates and senior managing director investments respectively from Marcus & Millichap’s Palm Springs and Inland Empire offices – marketed the property on behalf of its seller (a limited liability company) while also procuring its buyer (also a limited liability company). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quality Inn boasts 600 W Donlon St as its address in Blythe, California; it had recently been renovated prior to being sold with multiple offers received for it. Connect CRE is proud to announce this successful transaction!
