QuadReal Property Group, a real estate company based in Canada, has recently acquired four multifamily residential properties. One of these properties is the luxurious Maria apartment complex located in Annapolis, Maryland.
This acquisition will bring an additional 1,400 units to QuadReal’s already impressive multifamily portfolio. These properties are strategically located in submarkets with strong fundamentals and high potential for growth.
According to Daniel Gliksman, Managing Director at QuadReal, the company has great confidence in the multifamily sector and sees it as a key area for investment. The newly acquired assets have excellent features such as walkable retail amenities and easy access to public transportation. They are also situated in densely populated employment areas.
The Maria luxury apartment complex is specifically located at 2445 Holly Ave and offers 293 units. It boasts convenient proximity to top-notch shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment options,and recreational facilities within the Chesapeake Bay region. The property is also conveniently close to Annapolis Towne Center and Westfield Mall while being just minutes away from downtown Annapolis.
Apart from acquiring Maria apartments,the Canadian real estate giant has also purchased other properties across Denver , Charlotte ,and Phoenix . This move further expands its global residential portfolio.
