Qinetiq Renews Lease for Nearly 50,000 SF of R&D Space in Waltham
R.W. Holmes has successfully arranged a lease extension for 49,260 square feet of research and development space at Waltham Research Park, located at 358 2nd Avenue in Waltham, Massachusetts. The lease was renewed by Qinetiq, Inc., a prominent defense and security contractor.
Arthur Amadei, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes, represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction. Qinetiq was represented by Adam Schindler, Vice Chair at Colliers’ Washington, D.C. office, and Jason Rexinis from Colliers’ Boston office.
