**Puma’s Glendale Warehouse Sells for $140.2 Million**

A major Puma distribution center in Glendale, Arizona, has been sold for $140.2 million. Located at 8900 N. Sarival Ave., the sprawling one-million-square-foot facility was purchased by LaSalle Investment Management. The seller, Clarius Partners, completed the deal with LaSalle putting down $90 million and securing an additional $50 million in financing through Thrivent Financing for Lutherans.

Puma entered a 15-year lease at the state-of-the-art, highly automated warehouse facility in 2022. Operations at the distribution center officially began in 2024. Situated within the Loop 303 corridor, the warehouse is part of a larger industrial complex developed through a partnership between Clarius Partners and Cresset Real Estate Partners.

In addition to the Puma facility, the industrial park includes a 735,000-square-foot building currently leased to Scotts Miracle-Gro.

The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield representatives Will Strong, Molly Hunt, Jack Stamets, Michael Matchett, and Madeline Warren, who acted on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
