Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the sale of White Oak Village Center in Richmond, Virginia. The 397,605-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Publix and was purchased by Triple BAR White Oak LLC.

John Owendoff and Catharine Spangler from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller in this transaction. The property is located at 4501-4591 Laburnum Avenue and was 94% leased at the time of sale. Along with Publix as its anchor tenant, other major retailers include Michaels, PetSmart, and JCPenney.

According to Owendoff: “White Oak Village offers a strong combination of stable cash flow from national tenants as well as potential for future value-add opportunities in a highly desirable retail area. With its thriving local economy and high quality of life factors driving growth in Richmond’s market on the East Coast.”
