Noah Obuchowski has been named the chief investment officer for Poverni Sheikh Group’s expanding Self-Storage Real Estate Acquisitions division. With a background as an executive director at Cushman and Wakefield’s Self-Storage Advisory Group, Noah brings extensive expertise in Self-Storage Capital Markets to PSG. During his time from 2017 to 2023, he oversaw more than 65 transactions totaling over $1.2 billion in disposition value.
