**Provident Realty Advisors Relocates Headquarters to Newly Acquired Dallas Midrise**
Provident Realty Advisors Inc. is moving its corporate headquarters to a newly acquired 10-story office tower in Dallas. The firm has purchased the 257,000-square-foot building, formerly known as the Triumph Bank Building, located at 8401 North Central Expressway. Following the acquisition, the property has been rebranded as One Provident Place.
According to CommercialEdge, the building was sold by Triumph Financial for $54 million, less than two years after its original acquisition.
Provident Realty will occupy one full floor—approximately 10 percent of the building—while the current overall occupancy rate stands at just 18 percent (excluding the space Provident will occupy). The Class A property includes amenities such as an onsite fitness center, a tenant lounge, and a kitchen. Additional upgrades are planned, with the introduction of a new conference center and coffee shop expected by May 2026.
Originally constructed in 1999, the mid-rise underwent significant renovations in 2022 and features 27,000-square-foot floorplates.
