Provident Realty Advisors (PRA) and the Dallas-based office of Trez Capital have announced the launch of their new luxury RV resort platform with the acquisition of two development sites in Texas. The communities, branded as Roaming Trails RV Retreat (RTRV), aim to meet the growing demand for top-notch RV accommodations.
Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Fort Worth, RTRV Burleson will feature 196 pads on a spacious 22-acre property. Meanwhile, RTRV Lake Calaveras off US Highway 181 will offer even more space with its sprawling 42 acres and plans for 215 pads.
Both gated communities will boast concrete streets and open spaces, along with multi-vehicle parking at each pad. Other amenities include back-in and pull-through spots, privacy fenced yards, weatherproof covers,and resort-style pools. Additionally,RTRV residents can enjoy convenient features like package lockers,dog parks,and high-speed fiber internet access.
This marks Trez Capital’s first venture into financing RV parks as an asset class,but it is not their first collaboration with PRA.This project represents their sixthand seventh joint ventures together.Construction on both properties is expected to begin in quarter fourof2023.
