A new development project is in the works for Parker County, led by a prominent development company that includes renowned golfer Tiger Woods. The 914-acre project, called Bluejack Ranch, will feature a golf course at its center and is being designed by Lantern Asset Management in partnership with Woods’ TGR Design group. This upcoming community draws inspiration from the successful Bluejack National private golf community located north of Houston, which was also developed by this same team and opened in 2014.
The highly anticipated golf course is set to open its doors to the public in early 2026. Along with top-notch amenities such as practice facilities and a lighted par-3 course, residents can look forward to living amongst approximately 600 homes within this exclusive enclave. Additional features include family-friendly entertainment options like an on-site spa and wellness area.
But that’s not all – nature lovers will also have plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation at Bluejack Ranch thanks to its working dude ranch complete with horses, longhorns, donkeys,and other animals roaming freely throughout the property.
