Key International has recently released more information about its upcoming 50-story building in the Brickell area. The new structure, designed by Chicago-based architecture and planning firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will offer 750,000 square feet of office space across 50 stories. In addition to this, there will be retail space on the ground floor and approximately 1,000 parking spaces available.
The developer has stated that the office floors will range from 19,000 to 27
