**396 Build-to-Rent Homes Coming to Celina by Late 2026**
Two adjacent build-to-rent communities are set to deliver a total of 396 homes to Celina, Texas, with leasing expected to begin in late 2026. Developed by Taylor Morrison, the projects—Yardly Frontier and Yardly Sutton Fields—will be located at the northeast corner of FM 1385 and Tudor Place.
**Yardly Frontier** is projected to be a $60 million development featuring 246 rental homes. This community will offer a mix of one- to three-bedroom single-story cottage homes and two-story homes with garages. Units will range in size from 700 to 1,400 square feet.
**Yardly Sutton Fields** will bring an additional 150 homes with an estimated development cost of $55 million. These will be two-story, single-family detached homes offering two to four bedrooms and incorporating garages. The residences will span between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet.
Each development will feature its own leasing office and swimming pool. Additionally, residents of both communities will have access to a shared dog park and open green space.
These projects mark a significant investment in Celina’s future housing landscape, contributing to the growing demand for high-quality rental housing options in the region.
