Third & Urban, a renowned Atlanta-based developer, has announced plans for a major redevelopment project at the site of several outdated office buildings. The goal is to transform the current Corporate Square complex into a dynamic mixed-use development. Situated just off Buford Highway and spanning 32 acres, this prime location sits across Interstate 85 from both Children’s Arthur M. Blank Hospital and Emory University’s upcoming Executive Park innovation district.
According to reports from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Third & Urban intends to build approximately 2,000 residential units on the property. This will include a diverse range of housing options such as apartments, senior residences, corporate housing units and townhouses.
