Third & Urban, a renowned developer in Atlanta, has announced plans for a major redevelopment project on the site of several outdated office buildings. The goal is to transform the existing Corporate Square complex into a vibrant mixed-use development. This 32-acre property is situated off Buford Highway and sits across Interstate 85 from both Children’s Arthur M. Blank Hospital and Emory University’s upcoming Executive Park innovation district.
