Newmark has been selected by Stream Realty Partners to lease the fully entitled 101 Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art industrial project located on Sakioka Drive in Oxnard. The four-building complex spans over 750,000 square feet and is situated on a prime 41-acre site acquired by Stream in June of 2022.
Leading the leasing efforts for this highly anticipated development are Vice Chairman John DeGrinis, Executive Managing Directors Patrick DuRoss and Jeff Abraham, and Associate Director Javier Galvan.
According to Scott Sowanick, Managing Director and Partner at Stream Realty Partners: “We are thrilled to see our vision for the 101 Logistics Center come to fruition. Despite economic fluctuations, demand for industrial space remains strong.”
