Property Panattoni Trades Multi-Tenant Sacramento Industrial Property

Panattoni Development Company recently completed the sale of 3950 Duckhorn Dr. in Sacramento’s Natomas Logistics Center. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The buyer, Eiger Capital, is a boutique private capital real estate firm that focuses on core and value-added investments in the Western U.S. CBRE National Partners’ Rebecca Perlmutter represented the seller while Todd Sanfilippo and Zac Sweet from CBRE served as leasing brokers for this fully-leased multi-tenant industrial building with a total area of 122,000 square feet and a clear height of 32 feet. Current tenants include Home Depot, SunRun, and Jillamy.

In recognition for its innovative design features, including its Industrial Property of the Year award by Sacramento Business Journal in 2023 , this project has been highly acclaimed within its industry circles.
