CBRE facilitated the sale of a 36,475-square-foot industrial property at 1207 Air Wing Rd. in San Diego’s Otay Mesa neighborhood for $9.4 million. Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith from CBRE represented the buyer ATI, a cross-border logistics company while Lee & Associates’ Linda Greenberg and Michael Giuliano represented seller RCJ Properties LLC.
Salehi commented on the purchase: “This is the biggest owner-occupier purchase of 2020 in this market so far; providing ATI with an ideal location to transport goods across Cali Baja Region.” The building just off State Route 905 and 125 offers convenient access to both Otay Mesa Port of Entry and future secondary Port of Entry in Otay Mesa as well as ample trailer storage space for efficient transportation loading due to its paved and secured yard built back in 2005.
