Marcus & Millichap recently completed the sale of a net-leased Starbucks location in Channahon, Illinois for $2,725,806. The property was marketed by Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office on behalf of an Illinois-based developer.
According to Weisenbeck, the marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers and a successful closing at over 98 percent of list price. The newly constructed property at 26919 W. Eames Street boasts a rare 15-year lease with Starbucks starting in 2023. It is strategically located in a high-traffic area surrounded by major retailers such as McDonald’s and Tractor Supply Co.
