Lee & Associates, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the purchase of an industrial building in St. Charles, Illinois for $1.19 million. The 10,696-square-foot property located at 3800 Commerce Drive was acquired by Labels & Specialty Products with representation from Andrew Block, executive vice president at Lee & Associates.
The seller of the property was Voestalpine Eifeler Coatings and their representatives were Michael Marconi and Marko Kaplarevic from Transwestern.
This acquisition marks Labels & Specialty Products’ second facility in St. Charles as they continue to expand their operations while maintaining their current headquarters spanning over 23,000 square feet in the same city.
According to Tom Tyndall, president of Labels & Specialty Products: “The new building will support our growth plans by allowing us to introduce new product lines.” He also praised Andrew Block’s efforts in finding a suitable space that meets all their requirements including location and infrastructure within close proximity to their existing facility. Tyndall further added that they are excited about expanding within St.Charles as it offers a conducive environment with access to top talent.
