Property BKM Sells Carlsbad Light Industrial Property

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, recently facilitated the sale of Arroyo Business Center in Carlsbad. The 64,045-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial park was acquired by a global private equity firm for $19.3 million from Newport Beach-based BKM Capital Partners.

The transaction was handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Investment Advisory Group in Southern California, including Bryce Aberg, Jeff Chiate, Jeff Cole and Ryan Demarest representing BKM. Additionally, leasing advisory was provided by Brant Aberg , Conor Boyle , and Tyler Stemley of Cushman & Wakefield.

According to Aberg: “Arroyo Business Center offers an attractive image and stable cash flow with potential for value-add through below market rates.” With high occupancy rates and continued demand for light industrial properties in the area as evidenced by its diverse tenant mix across various industries at 93.8% leased out of two buildings located at 6352 and 6354 Corte Del Abeto in North San Diego County.
