Properties "Ziff Properties Acquires 70,000-Square-Foot Shopping Center in North Carolina"

The Camfield Corners shopping center, located in south Charlotte, has recently been sold for $11.2 million. The previous owner, Camfield, had purchased the center in 2015 for $11.8 million.

Ziff Real Estate Partners acquired the property at 11535 Elm Lane which spans nearly 70,000 square feet and sits on a 9.7-acre parcel between StoneCrest at Piper Glen and Ballantyne.

At the time of sale, the Planet Fitness-anchored center was fully leased with tenants such as Goodwill, Lotus Café,
Hungry Howie’s Pizza,and various other services including a ballroom dance studio and nail salon.

Simpson Commercial Real Estate Partners’ Wells Herndon,Wesley Fricks,
William Hatcher,and Carter Dickinson facilitated this transaction.

In addition to their recent purchase of Camfield Corners shopping center,Ziff Real Estate Partners also owns Matthews Festival Shopping Center in Matthews,
Carolina Crossingin Indian Land,and Turnberry Crossingin Cornelius.
